I understand that you are busy so I'll get straight to the point. Kappaman is a fundraising opportunity for your province that will yield you at least $5,000.00 to use however you choose with minimal effort from you or your team, with incremental benefits to your province, the brothers and the fraternity as a whole annually.
It is safe to assume that your email extension is @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @aol.com, @hotmail.com or your local provider or employer. If I may ask, how much do these companies compensate you for promoting their brands? The general consensus of these email extensions is that they are free and provide us with a medium to communicate inside & outside of our professional and social networks. We do not think about the benefits to these companies and why they are providing this valuable service to us at no direct cost.
I would posit that free email isn’t free at all. In accepting to use their “free email” you agree to the daily scanning, categorizing and reading of your most private communications. In addition to eavesdropping on our conversations they sell your Internet activity to an array of organizations who profile and target you politically, financially, racially and mostly to advertise all kinds of products and services, all based on where you go on the Internet. All of these things are done in the background hidden from your daily activities.
Lastly, we now know that the NSA has been illegally monitoring our conversations for years. Were you aware that every email that you have ever sent is accessible by anyone who wishes to request it without a warrant or your knowledge or consent? Your competition, wife, ex-wife, girlfriend, employer or anyone who would use your private communications to harm you for any reason is accessible via a simple request.
However, let’s assume that your answer to the earlier compensation question is $1000.00 dollars. We can safely assume that might be a reasonable rate for your marketing and promotions services, being that you are busy working to promote their brand every day in every time you send an email.
